She has held senior leadership roles at PwC, including Global Driver for Tax & ERP and Africa Tax Digital Transformation Lead, and served as Group Head of Tax Compliance and Reporting at a multinational bank, where she has experience in both the Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) and Tax Centre of Excellence (CoE), and has been instrumental in the organisational re-design of Group Finance functions.

In 2024, Victoria was ranked #24 in the Top 100 Women in Tax Technology globally. She has a proven track record of driving large-scale finance transformation projects for multinational organizations, specializing in optimizing Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Tax Management, and Treasury functions. Her core expertise lies in leveraging SAP and technology to deliver efficiency and unlock sustainable value across organisations.
